Hello to all drama lovers out there. Today’s blog post will be a drama review on a Korean drama titled Shooting Stars. There will be a total of 16 episodes. Each episode consists of an estimated one hour long duration. It belongs to the category of romance, comedy and drama. Read on to know more about this hilarious drama. 🙂
The drama begins with how the main characters named Oh Han Byul and Gong Tae Sung (played by Lee Sung Kyung and Kim Young Dae respectively) pretend to dislike each other since their school days. Upon graduation, Oh became Gong’s manager and assisted him to fame. Due to an accident, their mutual friend passed away which causes both Gong and Oh to be devastated. Some people started targeting Gong to try bringing him down. Oh kept protecting Gong by thinking of new marketing strategies to promote him and put him in a good light after she was being transferred to being the marketing team leader. As the days went by, Gong realized that he loved Oh since young and decided to confess to Oh. Oh panicked and ran away without giving Gong a reply after hearing his confession. 🙂
It took Oh a few days before she came to realise that she has loved Gong since young too. Gong and Oh decided to date in secret and lots of hilarious events happened. Meanwhile, they managed to catch those people who tried to spread rumours about Gong and put them in jail. The couple overcome a few obstacles together, Oh even help Gong to overcome his demons. The drama ended with how Oh and Gong finally decided to announce their relationship to the public and got lots of blessings. 🙂
I will give this amazing drama a rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars. It was totally hilarious at the beginning when both the main leads would head butt each other frequently. I like how the plot unfolds and the chemistry between the casts was awesome too. For those of you who would like to watch the full drama, go google for the titled Shooting Stars.
